Twin channel operation & Automatic Cooling bed These units come after hot rolling process is over and is much mechanically crafted machine for its critical working at high speed post rolling handling. They handle high speed rods in a limited space to avoid any accident. Automatic cooling bed is some time merged with Twin channel .This unit is required for heavy production mill and it nullify human involvement in hazardous zone of the mill. Automatic cooling bed is basically a rack mechanism operated with sequential movement of motors as tuned with Twin channel.
